Fast Track Homeowners Insurance Services

A licensed representative from Masiello Insurance will contact you directly to provide you with a comprehensive quote for all your insurance needs. This can be done either on the phone or in person. As an added convenience, should you choose us as your insurance provider, we will make arrangements to have your insurance premium placed on the settlement* eliminating additional steps from the hectic closing process.

*This unique service is provided thru the joint cooperation of Masiello Insurance, GREAT EAST^SM Title and GREAT EAST^SM Mortgage. Therefore only transactions utilizing all three services may use this payment method.

  Cash Purchase*	$395 - $495

• TITLE INSURANCE **Rates Discounted with Simultaneous Purchase

  Lenders Policy**: Rate $2.70 per $1,000 of loan amount, plus $50 Survey Affidavit, plus $25 per endorsement.

  Owners Policy**: Rate $3.30 per $1,000 of appraised value. *Owner's policy required for Cash Purchase
